Lee Eokbae (1960-) is a South Korean picture-book writer. He works on illustrations and writes picture-books for children. He captures the beautiful scenery of the Korean Peninsula and the people who live there in his stories and illustrations. For his work on Sesangeseo jeil himsen sutak (세상에서 제일 힘센 수탉 The Strongest Rooster in the World), he was nominated for the Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava (BIB) in 1997.

이억배(1960~)는 한국의 그림동화작가다. 작가는 일러스트 작업을 하며 어린이를 위한 그림동화를 펴내고 있다. 작가는 아름다운 한반도의 풍광과 그곳에 사는 사람들의 모습을 이야기와 그림에 담아내고 있다. <세상에서 제일 힘센 수탉>으로 1997 BIB(브라티슬라바 국제 일러스트레이션 비엔날레)에 선정되었다. 


李亿培(1960-)，韩国绘本童话作家。作家在从事插画工作期间，还创作儿童绘本童话。其童话作品描绘了朝鲜半岛美丽的风景和半岛人民的风貌。作品《世界上力气最大的公鸡》（《세상에서 제일 힘센 수탉》）曾入选1997布拉迪斯拉发国际插画双年展(BIB)。
